What I’ve Been Waiting For

So, I wouldn’t consider this a spoiler for Heroes “Powerless” – more of a teaser.

I just finished Heroes.  Over the course of the weeks it has simply been getting better and better.  Each week built on the other, as far as I was concerned, and progressively picked up the pace.  This episode has simply floored me.  I was yelling at my TV one minute and crying the next and, damn, if that isn’t why I love watching these shows!!  This was exactly what it should have been building up to.

One of my favorite scenes was when Nathan flew in with Parkman on his back.  So much fun!  And when Peter and Matt were facing off in the hallway outside of the vault – oh my god.  The close of the chapter completely caught me off guard.  I really never saw it coming.  And the opening of the Villians chapter?  It was perfect!  Who hasn’t been waiting to see that Sylar ALL SEASON.

Wow!  The powers-that-be better get this writers’ guild situation straightened out pretty quickly because I can’t imagine this being season finale – only because I can’t wait that long to see what happens next!

About Mama's a Mess

Who am I and what am I doing here? Well, at the end of the day I'm a mother and a wife, a lover of classic monster movies and comic books, of music, TV and movies. I'm a sucker for pop culture. I'm a fangirl. I'm an artist. As my husband always puts it, "Baby, you're a mess!" I have a penchant for creating and collecting. I feed my brain with a mix of anything from hot rods and pin-ups to handmade and natural. I like to dig in the dirt and grow things but sometimes picture myself doing it like Donna Reed. I will always, always choose to wear a dress first. I am head over heels in love with my husband and have a fantastically crazy life with him.
